S2M has recently partnered with a nationally recognised retail group and is on the lookout for a digital marketing professional with a strong focus on customer loyalty, digital innovation, and performance marketing.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end digital and loyalty campaigns across owned and paid media. From crafting CRM journeys to optimising digital touchpoints and loyalty initiatives, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering measurable growth and building deeper relationships with our customers.

• Plan and execute digital campaigns across email, SMS, CRM, social, website and app
• Drive customer engagement through segmentation, personalisation and automation
• Manage CRM tools like Salesforce for loyalty and lifecycle messaging
• Optimise digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and YouTube
• Report on performance metrics with a focus on ROI and actionable insights
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Support and analyse loyalty and rewards program performance

ABOUT YOU:

• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM or loyalty-focused roles
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing
• Skilled in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce or HubSpot
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with stakeholders and partners
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
