Our mission is to provide outstanding service to our tenants, ensuring our properties are managed efficiently and effectively. We are seeking a motivated, practical and reliable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Commercial Property Manager.

Role Overview:
As the Part-Time Commercial Property Manager, you will support the Licensee in overseeing the daily operations, management and maintenance of a diversified commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tenant relations and responding to inquiries or concerns
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections
• Assist with capital works projects
• Help with lease administration, renewals, and document management
• Process invoices and track property budgets
• Support property leasing efforts, including coordination of property inspections
• Provide administrative support as needed, including reporting and record-keeping
• Assist with property inspections and maintain records of compliance
• Support in the implementation of operational policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Property management registration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently with attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude
