The Role:
You will be the first point of contact and work side-by-side with the Head of Department and Commercial Property Managers. This setup offers a unique opportunity for mentorship under a respected industry professional and high performance team within a boutique environment, allowing exposure to end to end exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls for the office
• Liaising with tenants and owners
• Advertising & marketing of properties
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance
• Lease administration
• Welcome guests and direct them appropriately
• Ad hoc administration support to the team

About You:

• Previous real estate industry experience is essential
• WA Property Management License, or prepared to complete/in progress of completing
• A valid WA Driver's License (company pool car available to use if you don't wish to use your own car)
