Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio.
• Liaising with tenants and landlords addressing their queries and coordinating updates.
• Assisting with lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and option terms.
• Monitoring arrears and preparing monthly owner reports.
• Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and outgoing audits.
• Coordinating property maintenance and overseeing facilities management.
• Managing incoming calls, mail, and office supplies.
• Maintaining accurate tenant files and actioning account queries.
• Collaborating closely with senior property managers and the Head of Asset Management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in Commercial Property and knowledge of Cirrus8 ideal
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
