Built Form Property is the property management arm of Built Form Capital, a boutique property development company with in-house construction, investment, and asset management teams working seamlessly across the full property lifecycle. Known for our innovation and attention to detail, we are growing rapidly and seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Strata and Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This flexible part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) offers an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to balance professional growth with personal commitments. You will play a key role in managing our strata and commercial property portfolios, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service, with full administrative and trust accounting support.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of strata and commercial properties

Act as the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and strata councils

Handle administrative duties including meeting agendas, minutes, and reports

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and ensure compliance

Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

Experience in strata management and/or commercial property management

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in property management software (Cirrus8 desirable) and Microsoft Office
