What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes following established recipes and procedures

Ensuring all meals are presented in an appealing and appetising manner

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations

Assisting with inventory management and stock control

Collaborating with the catering team to provide exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Cook for a minimum of two years, including a AQF Certificate III

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service
