To support this expansion, we are seeking a Production Planning and Control Operator (Junior and Senior) to join our Service Coordination team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in manufacturing, production planning and control from textile, plastic, automotive, or electronic industry, who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic field services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate repair and service works by managing material orders, scheduling technicians, and allocating resources to ensure timely execution.

Plan and assign technicians to maintenance or project sites based on workload and priority.

Ensure service and maintenance activities are completed within designated timeframes.

Track ongoing activities, monitor progress, and escalate scheduling conflicts or resource gaps.

Maintain strong communication between field staff, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Support adherence to safety procedures, compliance standards, and internal protocols.

Collaborate with the coordination team to plan and optimize resource allocation across multiple job sites.

Assist in maintaining accurate schedules, work orders, logs, and related project documentation.

Organize team meetings, support agenda creation, and record key decisions and actions.

Requirements:

Qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or similar field preferred — however, candidates with hands-on experience in production, manufacturing, or automotive coordination roles are strongly encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in service coordination, production planning, manufacturing operations, or expediting roles is highly valued.

Quick learner with the ability to use web-based service or production management tools.

Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Effective communicator and team player.

Detail-oriented with a practical mindset and problem-solving capability.

Able to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and office staff to support smooth operations.
