About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time, Monday to Friday role (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team within a well-established and reputable company in the design and manufacturing sector.

The role is full-time office based out of a luxury high-end showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email.

Provide accurate information about products, pricing and order status.

Assist with order processing and general administrative tasks.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records in the customer management system.

Booking showroom/confirming showroom appointments.

Handling of ETA requests.

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good attention to detail and organisational ability.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and data entry.

$80K - $85K Base Salary.

Additional Superannuation.

Monday to Friday work – no weekends.
