About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our team of florists based in Stanmore (inner west). This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday, 6am - 3pm.

Key duties include:

Process website, phone and email orders and answer queries.

Troubleshoot order issues with our drivers, customers, and florists.

Manage our corporate customers by delivering exceptional service.

Quote on special orders, corporate events and other extraordinary products.

Build and develop strong relationships with our customers.

Support our team of florists.

About You:

The successful Customer Service Representative will have:

Strong attention to detail.

Positive, flexible approach to your work.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Proven experience in delighting customers and clients.

Exceptional phone manner.
