Consisting of 9 Franchise branches from The Sunshine Coast to Canberra. We pride ourselves on generating leads, delivering high-quality products, exceptional customer service, and admin support.

We seek two dynamic and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miranda NSW's Sutherland Shire.

Experience

Customer Service / Call Centre experience

Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce

Multi-tasking and hands on admin superstar

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & MYOB

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong organisational and time-management abilities

On the job training provided

Tasks & responsibilities

Punctuality and turning up on time is important for this role. Along with your teammates, you will be supporting 9 x family-owned franchises that are relying on you to help support their businesses

As part of the team, you will work a normal 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. It's not often that you will ever need to work overtime as we have a great work-life balance.

Respond to a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service. During our busy period (August to April), you will manage up to 80+ daily calls. In winter it slows right down

Provide product, availability for booking times, and service information in a professional and friendly manner

Convert enquiries and schedule free measure & quotes for our 9 various locations. We are a lead-generating machine for the franchises; every lead that comes in is gold! Whether it is an inbound call, a call-back request, or a warm marketing lead. These are our priorities

Look out for ways to make the process and systems more efficient and automated

Keep an eye on the franchise's schedules to make sure they are as full as possible and think outside the square with customer requests and scheduling

Create and manage cases proactively from start to end to ensure escalated enquries are serviced at the highest level

Follow the process and priorities

Build great relationships with all stakeholders, such as your colleagues, the franchises, and suppliers

Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and competitor activities

And most importantly, be a nice person :)

Office and Surroundings

Located on Port Hacking Road, in clean modern large offices (we are moving there in March)
