Our client, a prestigious builder renowned for crafting high-end, architecturally designed luxury homes, is on the lookout for an exceptional Estimator to join their team in Sydney.

With a strong presence across North Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs, they specialise in delivering bespoke residences valued between $2 million and $15 million.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator with a passion for luxury residential construction to work on truly one-of-a-kind projects that embody innovation, craftsmanship, and design excellence.

Location: Full time office based - Alexandria.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for high-end luxury project.
• Manage the tendering process.
• Ensure that all bids are submitted on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating high-end luxury projects.
• Must have experience in the construction industry on high-end luxury homes.
• Strong understanding of the construction process.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
