The Role

Due to the continued growth of our locally owned Gippsland business, we are seeking a Human Resources Officer in our Sale office.

The successful applicant must be able to manage their time exceptionally and have proven experience. This is a full time permanent position at a proudly Gippsland owned and operated business. You will work with a diverse, passionate, and supportive team. The role of Human Resources Officer evolves;

Leading HR strategy and initiatives in alignment with company values and goals.

Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of exceptional team members.

Driving employee engagement and building a culture of recognition, accountability, and purpose.

Managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Fair Work and relevant legislation.

Collaborating with leadership to improve HR processes, policies, and workforce planning.

Facilitating training and development programs to support ongoing professional growth.

Professional Experience:

Human Resources professional with experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in healthcare, aged care, or community services.

Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

Passionate about people, culture, and creating positive workplaces.

Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.

A natural communicator, problem-solver, and relationship-builder.
