Human Resources and Recruitment Officer – Aged Care Services

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources and Recruitment Officer to support day-to-day HR operations across our aged care services. This hybrid role requires a presence in our Shepparton office on negotiated days and starts at 30 hours per week, with the potential to transition to full-time based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff compliance processes

Maintain HR records and support workforce planning activities

Foster employee wellbeing and engagement

Assist in resolving workplace issues, grievances, and disputes in line with company policies

Support performance management processes, including staff reviews and improvement plans

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards, including NDIS and Aged Care requirements

About You

Previous experience in HR or recruitment (experience in the NDIS or Aged Care sector is highly regarded)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management

Knowledge of Fair Work legislation, HR policies, and compliance requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
