Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team! This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in human resources while developing essential workplace skills. As an HR Coordinator, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and databases
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as events and recognition programs
Assist in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and reports
Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes and compliance
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR support
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
