Woods & Co are partnering with a leading hydraulics company that’s built its reputation on quality, innovation, and craftsmanship. They're on the lookout for a hands-on, mechanically minded A-Grade Electrician or Production Mechanic to join their close-knit team and play a key role in testing and fine-tuning high-performance equipment before it hits final quality checks.
In this role, you’ll work with precision-engineered components primarily custom-built pumps performing both electrical and mechanical adjustments to ensure they meet exact client specifications and are delivery ready. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical skills in a stable, in-house role where no two days are the same - and your attention to detail truly matters.

What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and adjustments on incoming custom-built components (primarily pumps)
- Identify and resolve product issues prior to final QA inspection
- Perform hands-on technical work to ensure readiness for client delivery
- Collaborate closely with a small, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment
- Play a key role in maintaining high product standards
- Take initiative in troubleshooting and implementing improvements
- Work alongside suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet project needs
What you’ll need:
- A-Grade Electrician license or strong mechanical background in commercial maintenance
- Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical hands-on tasks
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
- Physically fit with no mobility limitations
- Australian working rights essential
