CONTRACT ADMINISTRATORS

Start: ASAP

Hours: Monday to Friday (full time)

Duration: Temp (potential to become permanent)

Location: Osborne Park

Rate: $45-50 per hour + superannuation

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a CA in the construction sector
• Strong commercial acumen with finely tuned analytical skills
• Focused and organised with excellent attention to detail
• Solid communication skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient with MS Office and contract management systems
• Full Australian Working Rights

ESTIMATOR

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Permanent role
• Hours: Full time (Monday to Friday 7.30am-4.00pm)
• Location: Henderson
• Rate: $110-120k + super (depending on experience)

Essential Requirements:

• MINIMUM 2 years' estimating experience on complex tenders, from bid preparation to completion, within a precast concrete environment or similar industry
• End-to-end estimating experience including pricing and supplier negotiation
• Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe PDF, and advanced Excel
• Proven problem-solving, investigative, and conflict resolution abilities
• Adept at building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through professional, timely, and accurate communication
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Accurate with a strong attention to detail
• Full Australian Working Rights
