Contract Administrator - Commercial Construction - $30m retail project

Our client, a commercial head contractor has a small high performing team building for a range of private and government clients, and have built a reputation for delivering the highest levels of client service, value and build quality. The Directors are extremely quality driven and the team focus on finding solutions to solving complex construction issues for their clients. They all work extremely well as a team and with their project partners.

We are looking to engage the highest calibre CA ideally from a tier 2 background with a minimum of 5 years experience.

Contract Administrator - Residential Construction - $20m luxury residential project

Our client, a luxury residential developer with a leadership team with over 50 years of combined experience in high-end residential, apartment, and commercial projects, is delivering one of Perth’s most ambitious private homes — a fully bespoke, five-storey, $25M architectural landmark on a rare waterfront development.

They are now seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to deliver this extraordinary project through to completion in 2027/28.

This role can be offered as a full time or part time role.

Responsibilities for both roles;

• Prepare scope of works
• Procurement and scheduling
• Manage contracts and variations
• Invoicing and documentation
• Assist across programming and budgeting
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and clients

About You;

• 5+ years’ experiencein a CA role within the commercial construction space
• Strong background managing Commercial and Contractual elements from project inception to completion
• Commercially sharp and confident in subcontractor negotiation and management
• Able to manage concurrent work streams, foresee issues, and solve problems proactively
• A confident communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
