Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will:

Manage procurement and administration of subcontractor and head contracts

Negotiate, draft and execute subcontract packages

Handle contract variations and ensure timely approvals

Work closely with a strong delivery and commercial team to ensure project success

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction (with a head contractor)

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar

A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail

Passion for the industry and a drive to grow professionally

Strong communication and negotiation skills
