This award-winning commercial construction company has been operating for over 20 years within WA on Commercial, industrial, Refurbishment and Retail projects.

They are now looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team and work on Commercial Construction projects valued $5M -$30M. There office is located South of the River with projects located North and South.

They're renown for their integrity in all areas of operation, excellence in workmanship and ensuring clients’ needs are a priority. Over the last couple of year's they have experienced steady growth and have a dynamic and high performing team.

As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim

To be considered for the position of Contracts Administrator you will require:

• 2+ Years Contracts Administration experience in Commercial Construction
• Tier 2 or 3 builder experience would be highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Experience with Procore (preferred)
• Experience with Coins (preferred)
• Strong contractual knowledge;
• Have good time management skills
• Communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
