About the role

We are searching for an experienced Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our dynamic team at RC Direct Import Pty Ltd in Acacia Ridge, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, while driving sales growth and achieving key business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned accounts

Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all clients

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team targets

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide accurate reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address customer needs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and new product developments

Participate in regular training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales/account management role, preferably within the sales industry

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills

Strong time management and organisational abilities

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Passion for providing exceptional customer service
