The Opportunity
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals to take on Performance / Code of Conduct Case Manager roles within the APS at APS5 through to EL1 levels.
These positions offer a unique opportunity to contribute to critical workforce integrity and behaviour frameworks and help shape a respectful and accountable workplace culture.

The Role
As a Performance / Code of Conduct Case Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape and uphold ethical standards, promote a positive work environment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation.
Your expertise in conducting investigations, preparing reports, and delivering training will be instrumental in fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and continuous growth.

- Manage investigations and casework related to performance and conduct
- Provide expert advice on relevant policies, legislation, and best practice
- Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate resolution and ensure compliance
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for decision-makers
- Support training and awareness initiatives on performance and conduct
The Ideal Person
We’re looking for proactive and professional individuals with demonstrated experience managing performance and code of conduct cases, preferably within the APS or public sector.
You will have strong knowledge of legislative and policy frameworks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and diplomacy. Your balanced and solution-focused approach will help foster a positive, accountable workplace culture.

Salary / Rate
- $85k - $125k + Super
- 6 – 12-month positions
- Australian Citizenship is required
- Having a Baseline clearance is a big bonus
