About the Role

As the Business Performance Manager, you'll play a key role in monitoring business performance across multiple departments, ensuring teams are aligned with company goals and delivering measurable results. You'll lead performance reviews, track key metrics, and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse daily reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) across various departments

Partner with senior leaders to align performance metrics with strategic objectives

Analyse operational data to uncover trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Lead regular performance reviews, facilitate planning sessions and implement improvement initiatives

Investigate root causes of underperformance and implement solutions to resolve issues

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile

Analyse and report on performance reports and dashboards to senior leadership

Provide insights and recommendations to support better business decision-making

About You

Proven experience in a performance management, business analysis, or continuous improvement role

Strong understanding of KPIs, performance frameworks, and cross-functional operations

Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement

Skilled in interpretation of analytical KPI data

Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Operations Management or a related field (MBA highly regarded)
