As Projects Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the projects team in the management and administration of contracts throughout the project life cycle. You will work closely with our Contract Managers and Operations Managers to ensure all aspects pertaining to financial, commercial contractual and compliance matters on our projects are effectively implemented on time and within budget requirements.
This position is based in our Head Office in Bundall, Gold Coast.

DUTIES INVOLVED
Support the Contract Manager and Project / Operations team
Maintain clear, regular communication with diverse clients, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and team members throughout each project
Administrative support with new project tenders including research and quotes. Plus camp mobilisations, demobilisations, moves & shutdowns to name a few
Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract packages ensuring contractual compliance and project alignment
Planning and programming of works including resourcing or projects, risk management and assisting financial reporting
Managing and overseeing licenses, permits, filing and completing applications etc..
Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment and resources needed for project execution and produce accurate payment schedules, process claims within contractual timelines
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience as a contracts, accounts, projects or operations administrator would be highly advantageous
Strong leadership and multitasking skills with the ability to work with a cross-functional team
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Experience working within the hospitality or remote sector is highly advantageous (especially Oil & Gas)
Intermediate to advanced capability amongst various electronic platforms and programs such as HubSpot, Asana and Microsoft Suite
Enthusiastic and pro-active team player who will contribute to a hardworking and positive workplace culture
