MEK is a modern well-established, busy and thriving business in the Highton Village shopping precinct.

We’re a client-focused beauty clinic dedicated to providing exceptional and professional services in a welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Salon Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients and a key support to our dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a seamless, experience from arrival to departure

• Manage appointments via phone, email, and online

• Maintain a clean, calm, and professional front-of-house environment

• Handle payments, product sales, and rebooking

• Support the clinic team with scheduling, client inquiries, and administrative tasks

• Assist in managing retail displays and inventory

• Assist in managing and updating our website and social media platforms

• Uphold the MEK brand by delivering an outstanding level of customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or salon/spa coordinator role (experience particularly in the beauty industry will give you an advantage)

• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

• Comfort with technology and booking programs (particularly Timely)

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness

• A warm, professional demeanor and a proactive attitude
