🎯 About the Role
This is a casual remote position (initially 12hrs over 3 days per week) with the potential to grow into a permanent role and beyond. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our admin and marketing on point, ensuring our team can focus on what they do best—supporting our participants!
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Client Engagement:
- Providing warm and responsive customer service for new and existing clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to clinicians.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with NDIS requirements and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support during the initial stages of client engagement.
- Keeping our digital filing system neat, tidy, and fully compliant.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, guardians, and support coordinators.
- Conduct regular stakeholder surveys to monitor practitioner performance and gather feedback.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Support social media campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional activities as needed.
Financial Coordination & Audit Compliance:
- Manage client & clinician billing, invoicing, and payment tracking in line with NDIS guidelines.
- Keeping records up-to-date and supporting compliance reporting & NDIS audits.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Excellent understanding of NDIS
- Based in Victoria and ready to work remotely (computer & work phone supplied). Private work area is essential to ensure client confidentiality.
- Super organised with top-notch time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) who loves engaging with people
- Proactive, able to think outside the box and highly autonomous.
- ESSENTIAL: Tech-savvy – comfortable using electronic systems, MS Office, Mailchimp, social media. The following are highly preferred but not essential: Healthcare CRM (Splose preferred), Xero, PRODA.
