Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the customer journey from initial inquiry through to delivery. Your day to day will include:

• Managing and resolving general customer inquiries regarding teamwear products
• Gathering detailed specifications for custom orders
• Advising customers on lead times for both local and overseas production
• Preparing costings, quotes, and freight estimates
• Entering and managing orders in internal systems (Sage)
• Raising purchase orders and placing online orders with local suppliers
• Liaising with graphic designers to create or revise artwork per customer requests
• Coordinating with internal departments to finalise and process orders
• Monitoring freight arrival and dispatch timelines, and communicating delays or updates
• Developing strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for new business
• Supporting the production supervisor and sourcing coordinators in ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment
• Maintaining professional and ethical interactions with internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Previous experience in custom-made apparel or teamwear is highly preferred
• Background in customer service or sales administration
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently and as part of a team
• A flexible and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
