Are you a hands-on logistics professional with a knack for inventory control and a talent for keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our team in Osborne Park, WA, to manage local store operations while playing a key national role in coordinating urgent spare parts orders across Australia.
About the Role
As our Spare Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing the Osborne Park warehouse and servicing the local operations team with accurate inventory management and efficient parts supply. You'll also act as a national contact point for urgent spare parts requests—especially leveraging the WA time zone advantage to support the East Coast after their business hours.
This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys balancing day-to-day warehousing duties with high-impact national coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Local Storeperson Duties:
Receive, inspect, and organise incoming parts and materials.
Conduct regular cycle counts and manage stock levels using Aroflo.
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment.
Support local team with timely parts availability and replenishment.
National Spare Parts Coordination:
Act as an after-hours point of contact for urgent East Coast orders.
Prioritise and expedite P1 orders, liaising with suppliers and freight partners.
Track ETAs, escalate delays, and seek alternative solutions where needed.
Process part returns, quote follow-ups, and inventory adjustments.
General Duties:
Maintain accurate records in Aroflo and related systems.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement and safety policies.
Occasionally work extended hours to meet operational needs.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehousing, inventory control, or spare parts coordination role.
Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and supplier relationship skills.
Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities.
Physical ability to perform manual handling and warehouse duties.
Familiarity with inventory software (Aroflo preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
