About the Role:

Prepare detailed estimates from plans and specifications

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source quotes

Use Buildsoft Cubit and Excel-based templates

Maintain and update cost databases

Assist in tendering, client proposals, and project handovers

What You’ll Need:

3+ years in residential estimating or quantity surveying

Proficiency with estimating software (Cubit preferred)

Excellent Excel skills

Knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards

Attention to detail and clear communication

Full Australian work rights

Bonus Points For:

Renovation project experience

Familiarity with Buildertrend or RP Data

Ability to read and interpret architectural/structural plans
