As we grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Estimator to support our operations and help streamline the bidding process.

Responsibilities:

Visit job sites (or assess remotely, if applicable) to gather project details.

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and client requirements.

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for residential and light commercial painting projects.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify scope and pricing.

Maintain estimate records and update cost databases.

Identify and track labor, materials, and time costs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an estimator in the painting or construction industry preferred.

Strong understanding of painting materials, labor, and application processes.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., JobNimbus, Buildertrend, or Excel-based tools).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if site visits are required).

Bonus Qualifications:

Background in project management or sales.

Ability to use digital tools (e.g., CRM, project management software).
