Estimator – 3-Month Contract | Bella Vista | CostX Proficiency Required

The Company
Our client is a well-established construction business based in Bella Vista, known for delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. With a strong pipeline of work and a busy estimating team, they are looking to bring on an experienced Estimator for a 3-month contract to support upcoming tenders.

The Role
As the Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions across a range of projects. You’ll be working closely with the pre-construction and project teams, with a focus on delivering timely, competitive, and thorough estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs using CostX
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and scope of works
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and scope clarification
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
• Assist with tender submissions and returnable schedules

About You

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong proficiency with CostX is essential
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and pricing structures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organisational skills
