About the role

This part-time Property Manager role with Property One Realty Callala' offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving real estate agency in Callala Bay, NSW. As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring seamless tenant and landlord experiences.

What you'll be doing

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential rental properties

Conduct property inspections, create detailed inspection reports and liaise with landlords

Market available properties and screen prospective tenants

Negotiate and prepare tenancy agreements

Manage the end-to-end rental process, from move-in to move-out

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and address maintenance requests

Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with relevant legislation

Coordinate tradespeople and manage property maintenance

Provide monthly rental statements and financial updates to landlords

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a property manager, ideally in the residential leasing and property management field

Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively liaise with tenants and landlords

Excellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple properties and tasks

Familiarity with relevant property management legislation and regulations

Proficiency in using property management software and tools

A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach
