The Bowral Restaurant Group (BRG) is bringing fresh energy to the NSW Southern Highlands with an intimate, stylish venue designed for unforgettable experiences. With a focus on cool cocktails and exceptional share plates, our Bowral location offers a cosy 50-seat indoor space plus an inviting 20-seat alleyway area with a big city vibe. Open five days a week for lunch and dinner, working with local suppliers for the best quality produce and ingredients, we are Expanding and constantly growing and we want to offer you a space to grow and expand with us!

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook and plate food to the highest quality
Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment
Menu Input & Design in conjunction with the Head Chef.
Maintain stock control and rotation
Comply with all OH&S polices & procedures
Work well in the team
A Healthy obsession with food and Care about what you do
Candidate Must Have
At least two years experience in a similar role
A passion for food and local produce
Hold a certificate III in commercial cookery or equivalent
Reliable & Dependable
A sense of humor
Enjoy living in a rural environment that is only 1.5 hours away from Sydney.
Salary dependent on experience and position applied for. Hitting KPI targets Can and will lead to increase in salary or bonus's.
