The Role: Your Impact Unleashed
As our Specification Manager, you'll be the linchpin, strategically embedding our cutting-edge products into Australia's most ambitious designs. Your expertise will directly shape the success of projects and deepen our footprint across the architectural, engineering, and construction landscape.
You'll be instrumental in:
Driving Strategic Growth: Collaborate on national sales strategies, craft bespoke account plans for key stakeholders, and consistently smash revenue targets. Your market insights will steer our future.
Forging Powerful Alliances: Cultivate deep relationships with Tier 1–3 builders, architects, engineers, and applicators. Leverage platforms like E1 and BCI to precisely target and influence specifiers, securing new business and expanding existing partnerships.
Becoming the Go-To Expert: Deliver compelling presentations and technically robust proposals that differentiate our solutions. Provide unparalleled technical and commercial support throughout every project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Elevating Our Brand: Be the face of our company at industry events, CPDs, and trade forums. Partner with marketing to amplify our brand presence and generate high-quality leads that convert.
Seamless Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our internal technical teams, providing essential product training and ensuring flawless documentation.
Who We're Looking For: A Master Specifier
You are essential if you have:
5+ years in high-stakes specification or solution-based sales, ideally within the building envelope, waterproofing, or construction chemicals sector.
An unrivalled network across the architectural and construction ecosystem.
A profound understanding of building methodologies and complex technical solutions.
A proven, sophisticated consultative sales approach with a formidable technical edge.
Bonus points for:
Ability to read technical drawings and/or use CAD.
Architectural, engineering, or construction-related qualifications.
