About the role
Luminedge Pty Ltd is seeking an exceptional Global Partnership Manager to join our team. In this full-time position based in Sydney, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic global partnerships that drive growth and innovation for our business. With a focus on the Account & Relationship Management sub-industry, you will leverage your expertise to cultivate and strengthen key client relationships, ensuring Luminedge delivers exceptional service and value.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow partnerships and drive revenue
- Manage a portfolio of global accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring seamless delivery of Luminedge's products and services
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with Luminedge's business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to coordinate resources and ensure the successful implementation of partnership initiatives
- Represent Luminedge at industry events and maintain a strong network of industry contacts
- Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of your partnership portfolio
- Contribute to the development of Luminedge's partnership strategy and help shape the future of our global alliances
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a global partnership or account management role, preferably in the Sales industry
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful long-term partnerships with key clients
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on strategic growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with C-suite executives
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analytics to drive insights and inform decision-making
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving positive business outcomes
