About the role

CCWP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Waterproofing Applicator to join our team on the Central Coast. This full-time position is responsible for the application and installation of waterproofing systems to various types of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and clean surfaces prior to waterproofing application

Apply waterproofing membranes, coatings and sealants to floors, walls and other surfaces

Ensure waterproofing works meet industry standards and project specifications

Liaise with construction managers and other tradespeople to coordinate waterproofing activities

Maintain a safe and tidy work environment

liaise with Project Manager and Company Directors proving timely updates on completed works, including uploading job notes and photos

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Waterproofing Applicator in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of waterproofing materials, techniques and industry standards

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent attention to detail and quality of work

Good communication and teamwork skills

Honesty and accountability

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Attention to detail

Someone who is willing to learn new skills, techniques and participate in training opportunities

Current construction industry white card and relevant licenses/certifications

Manual driver's license
