The Opportunity
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be at the linchpin of the firm’s daily operations and the link between high-performing teams and the clients they serve. You won’t just support processes, you’ll help refine them. You won’t just follow systems- you’ll improve them. This is a role for someone who’s ready to become essential.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for a high-quality client base, delivering a consistently excellent experience
- Supporting Directors and senior leaders across teams with day-to-day operations
- Managing ATO and ASIC lodgements with attention to detail and strict compliance
- Coordinating daily correspondence and managing firmwide communication workflows
- Taking ownership of document control, reporting, and spreadsheet accuracy
- Maintaining a clean, up-to-date CRM and managing client records with precision
- Proactively identifying improvements in workflows and helping implement change
- Supporting firm-wide projects and events with energy, ideas, and follow-through
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations and team cohesion
- Keeping managers updated on capacity and priorities, enabling clear planning
About You

- Previous experience in a professional services setting (Accounting, Legal, Financial Services, or Wealth preferred)

- A team-first mindset with a practical, can-do attitude
- An interest in building long-term expertise in a highly specialised, respected field
