As part of their strategic expansion, they’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to work alongside a senior Private Wealth Adviser in managing a select group of high-value clients. This is more than just a support role it’s a launchpad for your career within a thriving and nationally recognised practice.
Your Role as a Client Service Manager:
Joining a close-knit team within a larger national organisation, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless client service and back-office support. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering outstanding client service and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Preparing documentation and paperwork for client meetings
Maintaining accurate and well-organized client records
Liaising with third parties to manage client-related matters
Managing and following up on applications, forms, and recommendations
Keeping business systems and client data up to date
Promptly responding to client enquiries with professionalism and care
Who You Are:
2–3 years’ experience in a support role within a financial advice or wealth management firm
Familiarity with Xplan or similar financial planning software
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A client-centric mindset and commitment to delivering top-tier service
A proactive and team-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills
