What You’ll be doing:
The Innovation Business Partner works with each of the RFS’ four directorates to ensure that solutions, including technology solutions, align with agency organisational strategies and roadmaps to enhance the operational excellence of the RFS. This involves understanding business objectives and translating them into business requirements/user stories to guide identification of solution options. The role also supports business teams with scoping projects, assessing resource requirements, procuring external project resources, and setting up the groundwork for project implementation.
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- An Advanced Diploma in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Management, Information Technology), or equivalent expertise.
- Previous experience in business partnering or project delivery, such as ICT.
- Understanding of project and software delivery methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
- Understanding of business systems and technologies, e.g. SAP, AWS.
The commencing salary will be considered in alignment with skills and experience.
