As a Finance Business Partner, your duties will include:

• Serving as a commercial partner by providing guidance and recommendations rooted in data-driven insights.
• Identifying opportunities and generating creative ideas to enhance overall business performance.
• Supporting broader organisational objectives through process improvements and insightful reporting.
• Conducting operational analytics alongside monthly P&L management and cost analysis.
• Delivering education and training to Operations teams on financial principles and practices.
• Leading significant improvement projects positively impacting customer, process, or financial outcomes.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance and experience in a finance business partnering role.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, along with robust financial modelling and business reporting skills.
• A strong ability to contextualise business implications within reporting and analytical output.
• Experience with Power BI is essential.
• A proven track record of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with workforce planning tools is ideal.
