Description
As an HR Business Partner, you will support a key division of the business-partnering with senior leaders to drive HR strategy and engagement across a fast-paced, unionised workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver end-to-end generalist HR support across performance, engagement, and compliance
Guide managers through EA interpretation, employee relations, and organisational change
Drive cultural initiatives and influence business leaders to embed best practice HR solutions
Leverage people data to identify trends and deliver continuous improvement initiatives
With a strong internal promotion track record, this role is available due to the previous incumbent stepping up within the business.
Profile
You are a proactive HR Business Partner who thrives in operational, blue-collar environments. You enjoy being close to the business and building genuine relationships to deliver meaningful HR outcomes. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience in large, unionised or EA-covered environments
Strong ER/IR knowledge and confidence navigating complex workplace matters
Only candidates with experience in blue collar workforces will be considered
Job Offer
$120K - $130K + Super + $17K Car Allowance + 14% Bonus
