Join a trusted builder delivering high-end residential and commercial projects across Sydney. With six live sites and a strong pipeline, we’re looking for a qualified Leading Hand Carpenter to take on a hands-on supervisory role.

Some of our team members have been with us for 15+ years — we build careers, not just projects.

�� About the Role This is a working supervisor position where you'll lead from the front — staying on the tools while guiding the team, coordinating trades, and ensuring top-quality outcomes.

You'll start on a casual trial basis so we can see you in action. If it's a good fit, you’ll transition into a permanent full-time position with a major pay increase and long-term stability.

�� Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and work alongside carpenters and subcontractors
• Read and interpret plans and scopes of work
• Drive site productivity, quality, and safety
• Coordinate daily tasks and maintain a positive site culture
• Report to the Site or Project Manager

✅ What You’ll Need

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Working Supervisor
• Strong leadership, initiative, and attention to detail
• White Card, own tools, and valid driver’s licence
• Experience in high-end residential or commercial fit-outs (preferred)
