We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our production team. If you're passionate about manufacturing, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to play a key role in driving quality and efficiency—this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Start the day early: Prepare the factory for daily operations and coordinate activities for a smooth manufacturing start.

2. Oversee machinery performance, including servicing schedules and preventive maintenance.

3. Drive factory floor efficiency and maintain high safety standards.

4. Oversee and support skilled workers' performance, stepping into processes when required

5. Apply hands-on sheet metal skills and bring working knowledge of tube lasers and flatbed laser machinery.

6. Create and complete ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) for projects.

7. Coordinate quality checks across all production stages as required by the project team.

8. Prepare jobs for dispatch, including packing, labelling, and organizing for delivery.

9. Organize stock material and manage offcuts to maintain clean workflow.

10. Apply LEAN manufacturing principles (TIMWOODS) to reduce waste and maximize productivity.

11. Assist accurate time tracking on job travellers to support production reporting.

12. Perform building and safety inspections as required.

What We’re Looking For

· Experience in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment

· Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and CNC laser machines (flatbed and tube)

· Comfortable leading from the front and stepping into operational tasks as needed

· Great communication and leadership skills

· A self-motivated, open-minded, and proactive attitude

· Passion for continuous improvement and workplace safety
