As one of our Performance Marketing Specialists, you’ll work closely with a set portfolio of client to drive results across paid performance channels, primarily focusing on Meta ads and Google ads. Your main responsibilities will be to manage and optimise paid digital marketing activity for our clients, working closely with our broader team to deliver effective results.

A day in your role at Ivy Social would involve:

Delivering digital advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok) and paid search marketing (Google, Google Shopping).

Monitoring campaign performance and optimising accordingly to improve results and drive ROI.

Developing best-practice data-driven digital advertising strategies to help our clients achieve their goals.

Writing strong, high-converting copy for paid ad campaigns.

Liaising with clients to set up tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, and the Facebook pixel.

Reporting on and analysing the results of paid digital marketing, as well as developing data-driven insights for future optimisations in monthly reports.

Communicating with clients, building strong relationships, and developing a deep understanding of their business needs, including leading monthly check-in meetings with your clients.

Assisting with management of social media projects such as influencer partnerships, photoshoots, blog content, emails and creative projects on behalf of your client portfolio, on an ad-hoc basis.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

A minimum of two years of hands-on experience managing successful Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

You’ll be our ideal person for the role if you also have:

Experience in managing digital marketing for retail and e-commerce brands.

Experience setting up tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, and the Facebook pixel.

Experience within an agency setting.

Flawless communication and people skills that allow you to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Supreme organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to remain focused when managing competing priorities.

A degree in a marketing or relevant business field, or relevant industry experience.

A keen sense of self-motivation, with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.

A knack for writing punchy social media captions (impeccable spelling and grammar are absolute essentials!).

A degree in Marketing, PR, Business, Media Production, Journalism, Advertising or Communications, or relevant industry experience.

A strong awareness of social media trends and tactics.

A keen sense of self-motivation, with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
