Are you a skilled Foreman with a passion for detail and a background in carpentry?

This is your chance to lead the delivery of architecturally designed, bespoke residences for a respected builder, that has been building luxury homes for over 30 years. If you are an experienced foreman or leading hand with a background in luxury residetnail projects, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors with a focus on detail and quality
• Ensure works are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards
• Manage WHS compliance and site safety
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on custom residential homes
• Carpentry trade background (preferred)
• Eye for detail and passion for luxury finishes
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to interpret plans and drive construction programs
