About The Role

• Foreman / Site Manager to deliver a new build double storey luxury home in Freshwater.
• $2m value project.
• Required to manage the build from slab on ground through to completion.
• Project due to start in late July.
• Can employ a Foreman on permanent or subcontract basis.
• $140,000 to $160,000 plus super, or
• $90 to $100 per hour plus GST.

Duties

• Site management of trades and staff.
• Quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades.
• Ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions and toolbox talks.
• WH&S.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant building qualifications (Certificate III Carpentry, Certificate IV Building & Construction etc)
• Experience of managing high-end residential building projects from start to finish – new builds, renovations, extensions & additions etc.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relations.
• Good attention to detail.
