Site Manager / Site Foreman - Custom Home Builder

I'm currently working with a well-established custom home builder renowned for delivering architecturally designed homes with a focus on craftsmanship, detail, and client experience. With a strong pipeline of unique projects across Sydney, they're now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager or Site Foreman to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations on custom residential job sites
• Coordinate trades, contractors, and suppliers to meet program milestones
• Ensure all works meet safety standards, building codes, and design specifications
• Communicate with clients, architects, and consultants to manage expectations and resolve issues
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Oversee all aspects of site management from groundworks to handover

About You:

• Previous experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role on custom or high-end residential projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Trade background (carpentry preferred) and solid understanding of residential construction
• White Card and driver's licence required
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
