The Smart Blinds Co is a fast growing window furnishing (indoor and outdoor) retail company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality products. We are currently based in Melbourne and Adelaide and we are looking to expand our operations into Sydney. As such, we are looking for a highly motivated experienced in-home sales professional to join our team.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible to build and oversee a team of consultants who meet directly with homeowners to present our custom solutions. This is a leadership role for a hands-on sales expert who thrives on coaching others, closing deals, and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of in-home sales representatives

Attend appointments and assist with high-level sales presentations

Set and monitor individual and team sales goals

Ensure top-tier service from first consultation to installation

Analyse performance data and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with operations and marketing to optimize sales strategy

About You

5+ years of in-home or consultative sales experience

1+ years in a leadership or sales management role

Strong communication, negotiation, and mentoring skills

Prior experience in the blinds/window furnishing industry will be advantageous

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
