The Role:

We’re after a hands-on Floor Foreman / Lead Joiner who knows how to deliver top-quality, high-end joinery every single time. You’ll lead our workshop team, take charge of complex builds, and make sure every project meets our high standards. You will also be responsible for looking after the team, training junior joiners, and ensuring everyone is working efficiently. Flexibility is key – we need someone who’s willing to travel and put in the hours when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce High-Quality, High-End Joinery: Deliver flawless craftsmanship on every project.

Be the Lead Joiner: Manage the workshop floor and guide the team with hands-on leadership.

Bring Experience: Proven expertise in custom joinery, high-end installations, and intricate design work.

Look After and Train the Team: Supervise staff, mentor junior joiners, and maintain a positive work environment.

Take Charge on Site: Be flexible to stay late when needed and travel for installations.

Hands-On Approach: Be ready to tackle various tasks and lead by example.

Client Satisfaction: Stay on site as needed to complete installations and ensure happy clients.

Problem Solving: Handle challenges calmly and efficiently.

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for installation projects.

About You:

Proven experience as a Floor Foreman, Lead Joiner, or Senior Joiner.

Strong background in high-end custom joinery and complex installations.

Leadership skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

Experience in training and mentoring workshop staff.

Flexible, reliable, and ready to work hard when it counts.

Willing to travel and work long hours when needed.

Trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license.

Must have a White Card.

Forklift license preferred
