A premium Architectural Materials supplier is looking for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join their Sydney team. This design-focused company collaborates with Australia’s leading architects and designers to provide sustainable, high-quality materials for standout residential and commercial projects.

A passion and understanding of Architecture and Design is a must for this role, along with strong social media and content strategy experience, a creative curiosity and proactive nature.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, with a strong focus on Instagram

Create original content across formats—captions, graphics, EDMs, and short videos

Coordinate and brief photographers and videographers for project and product features

Write and edit case studies, press releases, and product-related copy

Handle media permissions and manage documentation with architectural studios

Collaborate with editors and press to increase campaign visibility and earned media

Monitor and report on digital campaign performance and audience engagement

Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms

Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Design, Marketing, or Communications highly regarded

Proven experience in digital content creation, ideally within the design or built environment sectors

Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (especially Lightroom), and basic video editing software

Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills

Confidence in working with architects, stylists, photographers, and other creatives

Strong project and time management skills

A genuine interest in sustainable design and material innovation
