Voted Sunshine Coast’s #1 Voter’s Choice Restaurant, we are now looking for an experienced and passionate Front of House Manager to lead our service team and continue delivering the high standards we’re known for.

The Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Front of House Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing daily FOH operations, managing and developing the team, ensuring service excellence, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and lead all FOH staff including waiters, bar staff, and hosts

Drive exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally

Maintain efficient floor operations including reservations, seating plans, and turn times

Oversee recruitment, training, and rostering of FOH team members

Manage POS systems, daily cash-ups, and reporting

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service

Maintain venue cleanliness, ambiance, and compliance with health and safety standards

Plan and manage functions and events, including staffing and layout coordination

Maintain strong knowledge of menu, wines, and beverages to guide the team

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar hospitality leadership role

Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills

Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and beverages a plus

Familiarity with POS and booking systems

Current RSA Certification

Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
